Prev xp: Legion top 20-250; sod -> aberrus hof around wr130 as gm/rl/healing officer; ce in manaforge; coiled altar mythic killed rn. I do not mind having to rekill coiled altar. Why did I leave my guild at the start of last boss prog full transparency as it is a hefty decision I liked many people including the raidleader, but unfortunately there's a very big culture mismatch. There's alot of padding going on that results in time loss (i.e. healer spamming coil trinket during wipe so it takes 2 minutes to get the next pull going; low prio dmg but focus on logs; tanks focussing on dps & misplaying mechanics as a result). This is not being called out, instead if you call it out you are perceived as 'toxic' (this while officers call people retarded and bad while they are some of the weakest performing players on the roster). Theres alot of focus on calling people out but core members or officers or people that dont speak up are immune. There's individuals being 10 itemlvl behind, dying 20/night but if they were t..
