Terms of Service

By inviting Azerite to Discord, signing in at azerite.app, or using the public browse feed, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data and is part of how the service operates.

Azerite helps guild officers follow Looking-for-Guild activity (including multi-source feeds such as WoWProgress and Raider.IO), filter matches, and optionally receive Discord alerts. Features may change, be limited, or be marked “coming soon.” The service is currently offered free of charge unless we clearly state otherwise.

Azerite is an unofficial fan project. It is not affiliated with Blizzard Entertainment, Discord Inc., Raider.IO, WoWProgress, or Warcraft Logs.

You must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and be allowed to manage or help manage the servers where you configure Azerite. You are responsible for activity under your Discord login and for permissions you grant the bot.

You agree not to:

• Break applicable law or Discord / Blizzard rules while using Azerite
• Harass players, spam channels, or misuse alerts
• Scrape, overload, or attempt to disrupt our APIs, crawlers, or Discord bot
• Reverse engineer the service to build a competing abuse tool or bypass limits
• Misrepresent affiliation with Blizzard, Discord, or Azerite

LFG listings, item levels, Mythic+ scores, parses, and similar fields come from third-party sources and public pages. Data can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. Azerite does not guarantee match quality or that every listing will be delivered. Always verify recruits yourself.

Links to Armory, Raider.IO, WoWProgress, Warcraft Logs, and similar sites are provided for convenience; their terms and privacy policies apply when you leave Azerite.

The Azerite name, logo, website, and software we publish are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the bot and site as offered. Game assets and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AZERITE AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR ZERO IF THE SERVICE WAS FREE).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed.

You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of Azerite, your Discord server configuration, or your violation of these Terms or third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate access (including removing the bot from servers) if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, or if we discontinue Azerite. You may stop using the service at any time by removing the bot and signing out.

We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
